I simply needed another quick stitching fix!
Yesterday, I pulled out a frame I had purchased a while back now and found this free chart from Primitive Betty's which worked perfectly for it.
And now it stands proud as a peacock (quite literally!) between two samplers on my living room wall.
Stitched on a scrap of Wilchelt Imports 32 count Jobelan Bay Rum - 2/2
DMC 844, 645 and 924

Hi Heidi! Thanks for the stitching fix! :)
I love this! I just printed it out to start stitching today. I have just the frame for it!!
Great idea for a quick finish :)
The chart is simply lovely !!
Well, that was speedy. It sure looks good standing there so proud and tall.
Happy stitching.
Love Mom
I love the frame and what you stitched for it - a perfect combination!

So very beautiful! Thank you for stitching & sharing. :) I will be posting it on my blog on Friday.
Have a blessed week!

CUTE!
Sometimes instant gratification is just what we need! Wonderful!
Love, love, love the frame. it is just perfect for the piece. And of course the stitching is perfect too. :)
I love this little piece. You always seem to find just the right frame. They both look so great together. A quick finish is always welcome...especially since I have chosen longer projects this year. I just may have to check out this pattern...grins....Hugs from CA.
Great stitching and frame Heidi!
Hey Heidi We can start dancing again now! Super finish an the frame is just perfick
Love it!!!!
Back for another look - and another little fix of stitchery.
Perfect frame! Congrats on your finish.
That frame is perfect for that pattern. Lovely!
I was wondering whether you were doing any stitching these days! Great finish.
Betty is very generous with her lovely freebies. Smalls can be so gratifying!
I saw this frame again this morning in the store! Lovely stitching!
Heidi, ik heb 'm ook opgeslagen. Hij is erg leuk geworden bij jou en die lijst past perfect. Zo heb je snel iets heel moois.
Groetjes
Cute and I love the frame, it's perfect!!!
I love the peacock and the fact that something so grand is pictured along with the word Simplify.
Heidi, this is lovely and what a sensible sentiment. Sometimes we get too bogged down with "complicated" so Simplify is a sound piece of advice. The frame is perfect as it's just what this sweet simply pattern needs.

Darling freebie finish, Heidi!
I like a lot your peacock and the frame is just the good one for it !
Heidi: Yes, that's our Bailee Bug! She grew up so fast when Navie came home. She comes up with at least a word a day now it seems and is starting to talk. She makes me laugh too. She's the one now who runs in the door and straight into my arms for a hug! You just have to love those little ones.
I actually thought of you when things kept breaking one right after the other but I knew I couldn't ask you to take Murphy back...not after all he's put you through! I have to laugh about it or I'd spend all the time crying but I'm looking forward with faith to August. It's been raining all night and now all morning and I'm loving it. It feels like maybe it's washing all the bad luck away. I hope that this finds you smiling today. I enjoy seeing what you're up to and wish blogger would accept my comments more but sometimes it doesn't let me leave a comment. Just know that someone here in Utah cares about you and prays for your good health and your mom's (oops forgot to tell her congratulations on her 2 years of being cancer-free, guess I'll go back now and do that). I also enjoy learning about your culture and traditions. Have a great day!
This is perfect, Heidi! I love the design, the stitching, and the frame and framing! Oh, and the sentiment :)
hugs,
babs
